Really great managers are also leaders. We explore how to move between being a manager to being a leader with inspiration, motivation and delegation.

When under pressure, we tend to manage rather than lead. We tell people what to do and struggle to delegate; supressing the autonomy of our teams. The true test of a manager who leads is how well your team do when you're not there – we discuss this idea and the blocks we come across when inspiring, motivating and delegating; three aspects of real leadership rather than day to day management.
